The March 2012 issue of the American publication, British Heritage, contains a 1200-word, illustrated feature entitled Uncommon Waters. It looks at the some of the lesser-known and less-frequented lakes in the Lake District. As you’ll see from the photos I was able to take to accompany the feature, it doesn’t always rain in the Lake District 🙂
