Photography
A photograph is a moment of time. Or rather, a moment of light. There are many times when I’ve taken the same scene at roughly the same time of day, but on different days, resulting in completely different images. Many of my images have been used to illustrate my words, both in article and book format.
My personal image library now has over 6,000 images, of which more than 1,500 are available for sale through the Alamy photographic agency.

My photographs have appeared in national newspapers, other author’s books, magazines (both inside and on the front cover), websites and tourist brochures.
